What’s your cancellation policy?

Web Care Plans are a month to month service and can be cancelled at any time.

Request a cancellation via email to support@flyingdonutmedia.com, and we will immediately stop the next payment.

What is a Premium Plugin License?

A premium plugin license is a plugin that needs to be renewed on a yearly basis to continue receiving updates.  The average renewal cost is between $200-$400 a year. 

What if I have more than one site that needs a Web Care Plan?

If you have more than one site that needs a Web Care Plan, you are eligible for a discount for each additional site.  See the Additional Site Cost in the grid above.

What happens if my website goes down, is hacked, or breaks?

The purpose of our web care plans is preventative care, and we work hard to keep your site safe and secure. In the unlikely event that your site goes down, you can rest assured that we will be there right by its side communicating with the web hosting company on your behalf.

We cannot promise your website will not be hacked but we can promise to do everything we can to prevent it, as well as a full restore of your site, password resets, and a list of other possible necessary actions to ensure your website is protected.

What are Unlimited Content Changes?

Content changes include any text or image change that will take us 30 minutes or less. This typically covers things like updating an event page, adding a testimonial or adding a blog post.

These tasks do not cover advanced features or graphic design.

How often do you perform upgrades, security scans, backups, etc?

For most circumstances these are performed on a weekly basis. However, certain tasks like plugin updates are required more often in order to patch security vulnerabilities. Backups are performed daily.
